Self-collection

In case of self-collection, we will first inform you by email that the goods you ordered are ready for collection. After receiving this email, you can pick up the goods after arranging an appointment at the following address:

Peter Wisbar, Hagebuttenweg 4, 61231 Bad Nauheim, Germany.

Of course, no shipping costs will be charged in this case.

Delivery

1. You can choose if you want a delivery by DHL, DPD or self collection.

2. We ship by default only within Europe. If you want shipping to another country, please write us an email to mail@rare-cycads.com and tell us the item with the quantity and the shipping address with the country and the corresponding postal code. We will then let you know at short notice whether we can also ship to the desired country and, if necessary, inform you of the shipping costs, as we have to ask our shipping partner in advance about the shipping option and the costs. Whether shipping to other countries is possible please ask at mail@rare-cycads.com!

Delivery costs

The shipping costs depend on the package weight and the country to which it is to be delivered. They are visible and selectable before completing the order. The shipping costs do not include surcharges for islands or special zones. If you wish shipping to an island or special zone, please contact us in advance by email.

Delivery time national

We ship immediately after receipt of money, plants only from Monday to Wednesday, so that a package stay over the weekend in the depot is avoided if possible. The delivery time of a package is about one to two working days. On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there is no delivery.
